Ms. Madeline the Mismagius

Ugh, I've been working on this for the past few days and am soooooo done with it. It was originally to be done like my Rotom picture, but the glowy effect just...didn't work for Mismagius?
This is my first time drawing one, and while they're fun to draw, they're HELL to paint. At least, for me, they are. I gave this one a messier look since I can never see ghosts as neat and tidy little things. The eyes could've used more work, but...guhhhhhhh just wanted to be done with this one.

My stylizing of the ghostie will show up better when I draw her with line art. In the meanwhile, derp doodle whee
